Validation Process

Once you have registered your business on this website, it will take around ten working days for Tourism New Zealand to assess your details and, if approved, load your listing onto www.newzealand.com.

Please be aware that not all listings will be approved and that we may require changes before your listing is made live.

Whenever a listing is changed it is temporarily removed from www.newzealand.com, and will also take around ten working days to be reassessed and reappear on the site.

Review Process

To ensure that potential travellers to New Zealand have a positive experience on www.newzealand.com, an audit process is in place for all listings.

Businesses need to update their listing at least once a year at www.register.nztb.co.nz. Those who have not updated their listing for a year will receive an email reminder, after which time the business has a period of two months to update their listing.

If not updated within two months listings will be removed from www.newzealand.com until the business logs in and completes the required update.
